2. A Us Address - you can get that from: Fastecash, Graphcard etc
3. A US issued Credit/Debit Card (any type; Visa or Mastercard) - you can also get this from: Fastecash, Graphcard etc

Note; to make it easier for you, please get a credit card that comes with a US billing address and make sure the card is widely accepted anywhere the logo of your card type is displayed. Or if you already have a US Address you can use it for the purchase of the card.

Now that you have all the needed resources ready, I say "congrats" because you are already 80% done. Procedure

1. Change your IP address to a US IP address
2. Go to www.paypal.com and register for an account (it's free)
3. Note: use the US address and phone number that came with your credit card. Or if you have a US address prior to buying a credit card, make sure you use the same address to buy the card. Just make sure that the address you use to registered for your paypal account is that same with that of your credit card billing address.
5. Once you have completed the registration process, the next step is to add your card to your paypal account.
6. Add your card to the account and once the card is successfully added your paypal account will automatically be verified.
